Been a fan of your work for a little while now and I have to say, this is one of my favourites. Lots of great colour in this one and I really really like how the blue chalice casts blue light on the melon as well as the rebounding light from the orange.
I'm not familiar with a lot of melons. Is that a honeydew?
You have an incredible sense for image composition (hope, that's the right english phrase). Most still-lifes I know are pretty boring or trashy, but yours are allways interesting and dynamic. Do you have a special technique or trick (beside the common formal principles) or is it experience & talent?
